What To Expect?

From what evidence I have gathered so far, I believe that there are hundreds - if not thousands of giant octopi living on the bottom of the ocean. The name I have given them is magnus polypus. 'Magnus' the latin word for large, and 'polypus', the Latin word for octopus. Studies show these octopi are intelligent, and can weigh up to ten tons! Not a lot of movement is reported in these giant animals. They have long arms, they simply have to reach out and pluck their pray.  Which brings up the question, what happens when they do start to move?  These creatures are intelligent, and may get bored with their ordinary diets. What happens when they move in search of vast prey? The waters churn, and if a large number of octopi move at precisely the right time together, will create massive tsunamis. The tsunamis will cover most of the earth, and what is not covered by the tsunamis, will be devastated by terrible damaging storms. So, you have to wonder, is this our future?
